find me a wife like urs XD
A firewire cable transfers data a lot faster than USB, thats the only difference, thats why most camcorders use firewire in case you record giggs and giggs of video.
im guessing thats the GZ-MG230 ?
the one im getting is silver and only 28x zoom but it still has the hard drive 30gb for $250
Does the camera have a mic input?
I have purchased a used JVC pro 1/2 inch 3 ccd camera for $2,500.00 with only 100 hours on the drum meter,it had problems so I sent it in.
After spending $500.00 to JVC service on it ,19 hours later it had the same exact problem.I lost an big $ client that day .
Sent it back and was told they wanted another $200.00 to repair the same issue.
If they treat a pro camera this way how do you think they’ll treat your $1,000.00 camera ?
Stay Far Away from ALL JVC products, you’ll only get burned .
also with the additional battery. would you reckon to buy on ebay? because its much2 cheaper..

Great Review, I watched all three. Very helpful and I just purchased this camera. It;s going to be used for family events. Nothing fancy. Thanks again for the review.
how big is the screen
Not to nit-pick but it means Hard Disk Drive.
Again, thank you for the honest review !!
you didnt show the battery indicator and explain.
which indicator shows that the battery is low?
High Definition.
not HD means the video will not be so clear
The HDD stands for Hard Drive Disk.
If it not HD,what does the HD stand for on the side
a 3 hr battery will run you about $120, I was lucky enough to get a couple of a couple of a bag and an extra battery for about $110.
its it infra-red?or what?
