Do any of the Canon camcorders( hd or sd) have threading for lens attachements– telephoto, fish etc?
I like Canon, but the model I was interested in FS 100 does not have threading.
Can a camcorder be attached to a telescope or a microscope or to fiber optics?

OK, yes some do! Like the XH A1, for instance. It accepts a threaded wide angle lens. And I’m fairly sure some of the less costly models do also.

As there would be little reason to attach a camcorder to either a telescope, microscope or fiber optics, I’m not saying the don’t make attachments, but I will suggest that the market share would be so small, the converter would cost way more than a FS 100.
